Bad service
I terminated my service with voxtelecom as i was relocating. They acknowledged the email but said i had to pay 3100 because im terminating the service before the time. I had no contract with them, i chose a month to month option. They still are billing me.

Hi my name is patrick kwankis,I was booked in at the brittania hotel durban,I had paid for seven days.I had to leave after three days due to an illness at home.I explained to the receptionist and she assured me that I would be refunded.I left her all my details.after many emails to the hotel I was told that the manager would be doing the transfer last week friday.everytime I phone,the manager is never available to tend to my query.my refund still hasn't been paid in
