WE PURCHASED R80 ELECTRICITY ON THE 31ST AUGUST 2015 AT ENNERDALE SPAR.<br> WE PUT THE MONEY IN THE G4S MACHINE BUT IT DID NOT PRINT OUR VOUCHER BUT TOOK OUR MONEY, I SPOKE TO THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPS AT THE MACHINE UP UNTIL 5PM, HE WROTE OUR DETAILS IN HIS BOOK. A FEW DAYS LATER WE GOT A CALL TO SAY WE WILL BE GETTING A VOUCHER. WE ARE STILL WAITING... WE SPOKE TO THE GENTLEMAN AGAIN AND HE GAVE US THE CONTACT NUMBER FOR G4S. WHEN I CALLED G4S CONTACT CENTRE THEY SAID OUR CALL HAD NOT BEEN LOGGED BUT THEY SEE THE TRANSACTION FAILED ON THAT DAY BUT THEY ESCALATING THE QUERY EVERY TIME I CALL ... WE ARE IN 2016 AND I AM STILL STRUGGLING TO GET THE ELECTRICITY.<br> WE EITHER NEED TO GET THE ELECTRICITY OR A REFUND BECAUSE I AM TIRED OF STRUGGLING WITH THIS ISSUE.
