Incorrect Goods delivered, still not exchanged
Order was placed with Netflorist: 11 Dec 2015 for delivery the 17 Dec 2015.<br> When it arrived I realised that the Shiroko Silver Charm Locket that was delivered was the smaller 2cm one and not the 3cm one that I order.<br> Then I tried to phone Netflorist it was a real struggle as the recording person that answers the phone is so irritating and it keeps coming back telling you \Hey are you still there
