This is how customer service is meant to be
The staff that work at Pep in Tzaneng mall is the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered at any store. The saw me with a lot of items and brought me a basket, after which they offered to carry the basket for me and help me find what I'm looking for. After getting to the till the cashier greated me, asked me just to wait a moment and sanitized everything before assisting me. She even politely offered me some sanitizer. Thank you for giving me such a great experience in this difficult times.

Terrible quality
After having a mattress exchanged because it started sagging after a month or so we are back to a saggy, springy, squeaky, lumpyand completely unsleepable mattress. I would not recommend a bamboo bed for my dog to sleep on

No stock rotation
From the minute we got there you could see the place was in bad shape. The waiter could not understand English. We waited 45 minutes for our starters. We had some sushi and by the end of the night we were so sick, that we were taken to the nearest hospital by mall security.
