Bamboo Beds Terrible services
Horrific experience 3 bed ordered Received beyond bad condition (Torn and badly manufactured) Delivered late with unlicensed vehicle, a sedan not even a bakkie, everything on the roof Made promises to replace next day Refuse to answer any calls A bunch of ****** Delivery received from Ocean view depot apparently Owner claim to be Douglas with Kevin Sanders as Hain manager according to invoice Payment received already of R4200 Disgusting services

MOST EXPENSIVE DOWNGRADE
I bought the beds as it was hyped as the best new invention . It was not cheap either. What a letdown. It started sagging a few months later. As we speak, it has a big "hole" on the one side. Turning it over doesn't help. I am considering buying an old-fashioned spring mattress....it never did anything to me; I thought I was getting an "upgrade". The most expensive mistake ever! DON'T BUY IT.

Bamboo mattress
I bought a double bed without the springs, 1 month later the bed was sagging, I return it and bought the most expensive queen size. Unfortuanately 1 month later the Bamboo bed was sagging. Bamboo does not have an upmarket quality product on the foam range. Don't know about the spring ones, but I will never buy a cheap Bamboo matress again. I am going to cut the foam and use it in my studio against the walls. I also bought it at a non mattress shop in Mooinooi. Service is bad. We stay far from Rustenburg and thought we will support local. Mistake. I think they ******* people staying in informall settlements.

Bamboo mattress
I bought a double bed without the springs, 1 month later the bed was sagging, I return it and bought the most expensive queen size. Unfortuanately 1 month later the Bamboo bed was sagging. Bamboo does not have an upmarket quality product on the foam range. Don't know about the spring ones, but I will never buy a cheap Bamboo matress again. very Disappointing service
Ordered a mattress on the 30th of August, agent confirmed it would be delivered on the 2nd of September.however delivery did not arrive,no communication at all

Bamboo beds
Very disappointed, I bought the bed end of 2021 but the bed is already sagging on one side,I can even feel the spring when I'm sleeping. Very terrible experience, it feels like I was ripped off for my hard earned money. 😞😓😩

Terrible quality
After having a mattress exchanged because it started sagging after a month or so we are back to a saggy, springy, squeaky, lumpyand completely unsleepable mattress. I would not recommend a bamboo bed for my dog to sleep on

Terrible quality
After having a mattress exchanged because it started sagging after a month or so we are back to a saggy, springy, squeaky, lumpyand completely unsleepable mattress. I would not recommend a bamboo bed for my dog to sleep on
