I ordered my goods at the beginning of November,paid for the goods and got an sms that my goods were dispatched but its already a month and I'm still waiting. I contacted customer service and they said I must wait for 72 hours and now it's 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting. They are ignoring my emails and whatsapp messages.
Very disappointed, I bought the bed end of 2021 but the bed is already sagging on one side,I can even feel the spring when I'm sleeping. Very terrible experience, it feels like I was ripped off for my hard earned money. 😞😓😩
I have been complaining about the washing machine from January, experienced issues after using for the 1st time but I'm still waiting for assistance and now my emails are ignored

On the 12th Nov I made a transfer from my 32days notice acc to my capitec acc.I informed the consultant that I needed the money immediately then she said Feb will charge an additional R60,I agreed to that.Today is the 14th,the money is not available in my account.I spoke to 4 incompetent consultants who were unable to help.They told me that I have to go to my branch to solve the problem.I am not the 1 who is at fault.I'm expected to travel again and I am disabled.They said before they can help I must update my adress at the branch but the consultant who assisted me with the transfer didn't notify me about that.She even convinced me to open an account with Fnb which I regret and she also explained their funeral policies.If they can't assist me with such a simple query how can I trust them when it comes to funeral claims? They refuse to give me my money but they have my details?This is so unprofessional and unfair.I refuse to spend my money and time again for a query that can be resolved over the phone.
