Bad quality of shoe

I bought my shoes on the 21 st November 2024 and in less than 5 months the shoe broke .When I complained and requested exchanged they declined.Im really not happy as they are false advertising about 6 months warranty.That time most of the time I’m at work so I only wear shoes after work.

Bad service and attitude from cashier

Went to KFC bellivile station 23012016.waited for my order for more than 40min .while still waiting one of the cashiers Molle rudely asked me to moove to the corner and I told her I don't like her tone and I don't mind moving she must talk to me politely because I've been standing ther.She started staring at me with this attitude I warned her again it's rude to talk and looking at a customer like that (me)and she started talking to her colegues like I'm not talking to her.she then called her manager Gladys Paul and when was explaining to the manager what happened she she started raising her voice again and giving me the look again. The manager told her to stop serving customers she wants to speak to her,Mille the cashier ignored the manager and served more customers .I am really really not impressed by what I got from the cashier ,no apology no nothing even in front of the manager still same attitude.
