Withdraw request
This is the worst gambling place in South Africa. I'm literally begging them for my withdrawal. It just stays in pending for days. They are very fast taking your deposit but when you want to withdraw they will make you wait until you eventually give up and pay again and loose everything.

Refund taking long
I cancelled my order with Snatcher before it was even deliver to me. I had a change of heart and was advised that it was going to cost me 15% of my purchase price. Even though I feel this is wrong because I did not even see the product, I have accepted it but I am waiting very long for my refund. I don't understand why it's taking so long. At this point I feel like it's costing me 100% just because I cancelled my order.

Terrible service
I have logged a ticket with my ISP over a week now and they said Vuma will get in contact with me to fix fiber line. Because I am working from home, I was dependent on this line, but I must buy data everyday now and I must still pay for a line that is down. My service is still down and Vuma is not making any contact to resolve this.

Complete Rip Off
Just some advice If you are planning on having a baby and you are with Discovery, change to another medical aid immediately. My wife went for her first visit to the gynecologist recently and the bill was R2300, Discovery only paid R776.70. It’s very disappointing because they could not even cover half and we all know specialist does not charge this little. Discovery claims on their website “(Being pregnant is a very important time in a woman’s life, and a time when you don't want to worry about medical aid cover. With Discovery Health Medical Scheme, you have peace of mind that we offer you the best care)”. They left us with even more stress and what’s worse is that we found the gynecologist on their website. This is a complete rip off and knowing that there are still many more gynecologist visits to come and the birth itself leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I really don’t see the purpose of medical aid if you going to have to pay for everything yourself anyway.

Bad experience and no delivery
I requested a quote from Mr. Shakil Farooq last year for wedding photography package. My wife and I accepted the quote and paid 75% of the payment. After the wedding, we received a few pics online. We then proceeded to pay the remaining 25% of the payment, as requested. At this point matters took a wrong turn, we struggled to get in contact with Shakil. We eventually got the wedding photography and video, on a few discs. We had to select pics for our album, in which Shakil will format and send to printing (all in which will take up to 20 days and with our consent). We did what was instructed by him and sent the selected pics. After this, we could not get hold of Shakil to follow up on the album at all, many e-mails, whatapps, messages and phone calls were made to get hold of him... Today we are 5 months married and still without a wedding album that we paid for and was promised and a video we not totally satisfied with. We honored our obligations fully towards Shakil and he did not, he totally ignores us now and has left this whole wedding photography experience in a bad taste. We are extremely disappointed in him and how he is conducting his business!
