I Bought a hisense washing machine at game , it has been giving me problems it won't change change programs it's stuck on normali have tried to call them but till today I haven't been assisted , the model number is WT3K1423UB
Mweb is a **** service provider, the communication is poor I keep gettingba text that my Fiber order cannot be processed, I have sent numerous emails with the documents they have requested but still I get the same text , I am even considering canceling, because if this is the start of the journey it means I will have a headache going forward Order No.X16663157
I FEEL ****MED I MADE A PAYMENT TO SETTLE MY NEDBANK CREDIT CARD ON THE 28/10/25 ,DUE TO THE BLACK FRIDAY 60% THEY OFFERED ME, I WAS ASSISTED BY LYDIA BECKETT, I FOLLOWED UP TO CHECK ON THE SETTLEMENT LETTER ON 18/11/25 UP UNTIL TODAY I HAVENT RECEIVED A SETTLEMENT LETTER AND THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 14 WORKING DAYS
If I had an option I would have choose a different courier, I bought something from Italy and when I track the order te estimated arrival date to me says 14/02/2025 but ups say the parcel will be delivered on Monday, they have been calling me non stop for my details which I submitted now I fail to understand why they will take so long to deliver I paid my customs and duties same time , ups is a joke
I am never using this platform ever again, I paid for my order on the 28/01/25 and the estimated date of delivery was 30/01/25 but the 30th is today and my order status is Not shipped yet , the payment cleared on the 28th I am confused as to why my order hasn't been shipped, I contacted the help via email which also didn't prove to change anything, takealot is a waste of time, unprofessional, unreliable online shopping should be convenient this is just a nightmare
They blocked the drive through saying they had network issues and convinced us to use the self service option which took longer then usual, this self service thing is supposed to make life easier but it's a problem , even the staff is failing us
Pick n pay Umnyandu the lady at the kiosk saw us waiting in the que carry a loaf of bread but when we got to the front of the line she refused to allow us to pay so we had to go and wait in a long que again
Never buy a bed online from sleepmasters , first they will tell you that shipping for all orders over R3999 is free then turn around and charge you for shipping then on the other hand will send multiple text with different delivery dates and when you call the call center they can't assist you with changing the date , what a waste of time and money
I made and online laybuy on the 11th of December 2023 and I received two different invoices the online invoice doesn't charge me for shipping because my order is above R3999 but the email that I received said they charge 400 for shipping, I tried calling the customer care number but couldn't get through
These people are unprofessional, they sent me a text with numbers that I should call with regards to my package that's coming in from the USA but both numbers aren't going through , why do they expect me to call them instead of them calling me
