PNP HYPER IN PRINCESS CROSSING, TODAY HAS GIVEN ME THE BEST SERVICE. I WENT TO CHANGE MY BABIES FORMULA BECAUSE WE TOOK LACTOGEN NO 3 INSTEAD OF NO 2 AND THEY GLADLY ASSISTED ME WITH THE EXCHANGE. KEEP UP THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE NEED MORE SERVICE LIKE YOURS.

Maternity Benefits - Claims not paid and call Centre agents are not helpful at all, no customer service
I really don't see a point of even having a medical aid when you have to pay cash when you see a midwife. when i sent my claims in they reject and say i needed to get auth. in the beginning of my pregnancy i asked if i need auth they said no. I called in to complain and was told a manager will email me, to this day no manager even bothered. I have even sent in a customer complain and guess what i received an e-mail saying query resolved. but nothing is resolved.

Excellent Service By Innocent at AUTO MECCA GEZINA
I had a great experience dealing with innocent at Auto Mecca in Gezina. Fast, Quick efficient service received from the moment I walked into the dealer. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. No Answer from Post office and parcel with customs for over a month
I have been trying to get hold of the South African post office since beginning of May, I am told my parcel is held at customs I must call this number ********** 000 but it just rings. My tracking number is RI ********** 64ZA It's so sad that we get this poor service in our own country :(

no answer on number 10213 for past 5 day
I received a called on this deal for Telkom and I agreed to purchased the contract, and ever since I have not received any communication from them what so ever so I am trying to find out what is going on was I scammed and I can not get hold of them on number 10213 for past 5 days I am starting to think this is really a scam! how can a customer care not be operational and make there customer wait for more then 30min after entering all the phone prompts, this is so unprofessional and the worst part is that I gave my account number to these people and I can not get hold of them on the number that was provided to me.
