I’m really unhappy ☹️ I didn’t receive my online order the delivery date on it state 7 Jan and today’s the 11th. My order number is 0785795143 I called this morning and the agent said he would call in a few minutes no call as yet
I’m so so unhappy with rain to pay R479 every month and have buffering and no service is just ridiculous. I’m forced to go into the office but I’m paying , you also don’t have a call center and it takes you a whole ****ing week to even respond to tickets logged it’s complete BS I won’t be staying on
I have never in all my years had such poor service by a courier service. I have still Not received it and your customer service is useless . I am expecting a parcel from the UK yesterday I noticed when I went online to try track it that they had apparently tried to deliver funny thing is I have no missed or received calls on my phone and I was home all day today I decide to call to ask for delivery time guess what your idiotic staff didn’t have the parcel is flying in cyber space somewhere you idiots can’t tell me where or what time I’m soooo ****ed off first and last time using this courier service and I recommend nobody else use them
I bought a beef burger it was R70 for 2 small slider beef burgers they were terrible the patties were like falling apart and the meat itself was fatty and off cuts of something else I’m very disgusted and disappointed I won’t support this business again after all the the years euuwwww disgusting
I’m beyond and annoyed with this stupid organization Bianca le grange said she would follow up within 2 working days today is the 20th . I was doing a cardless deposit of R1950 at Sandton City branch when the machine said one of notes was folded instead of ejecting the note it sounded jammed then said transaction cancelled taking all my money I had to go into the branch to log a report the girl had a bad attitude n told me their machines are offline what a ****ing joke she had me write on a piece of paper n I gave her strict instructions of where the money is to go still nothing from you ppl u tell me I must call u what the hell is thst ?! I want my money back and I want it now I also want to change banks ASAP after this your service is deteriorating spend less money on revamping your look n actually help customers ..... where the heck is my R1950 where is it why are u ppl quiet ? Why ? Is this how u conduct business ?
I had the worst Absa experience today. They stole my money!!!! I was making a cardless cash deposit into the ATM at the Sandton city branch now normally if the notes are faulty like perhaps bended for example they will say so and the note will come out for you to either re-enter or put another note altogether this is what happened but my money was not coming out the machine sounded jammed infact next thing i know it states transaction cancelled no money a whole R1950 gone and it was an emergency payment ,i had to go into the branch and log a complaint which is going to take a week to investigate they say now what bugged me was i wrote all the info on a paper that can easily get lost or discarded lady stated that they were OFFLINEwho is to say I will see that money i have a bad feeling about this and R1950 is not small money in this time of recession . The woman was slow and had an attitude like im making a big deal out of nothing kinda attitude. I gave her strict instructions regarding which account i want that money to go into because i had to now find another R1950 to pay the person i was originally paying . I have been contemplating leaving banks this **** right here was the final push in my decision My email address is anyone even picks this complaint or actions anything (highly doubt) is modiki **********
I called head office number on 2feb 2016 it was early in the morning just before 9 I didn't get the consultants name she was rude and abnoxcious , started shouting at some point.
