unsatisfied customer very bad customer care
good day Peter My mechanic bought a complete clutch kit from continental Clutch Dist. cc on the 16/05/2019. as per sample that I have supplied them. When we wanted to install the clutch kit, the pressure plate was 5 mm to thick and did not fit. the customer could not wait and we bought one closer to us. we went back today to return this clutch kit that was not used and still in original box, and buy another kit for a GMC. then we were told they do not do that because we will do it will the new kit as well, when my guy tried to explain to them what the problem was, he chased him out of the shop, with out returning my money nor replacing it with a new clutch kit. I tried to speak to Halema just know, she immediately started yelling, told me the clutch was supplied correctly. and put the phone down in my ear. very very bad expierence..

JD Brake & Steering bad attitude
I send in a Isuzu steering rack in for repairs in October 2015. I received an invoice that states that there is a 12 month warranty on the repairs of the steering rack.. we installed the steering rack. the steering did not want to turn it was stuck, then Johan and his Dad come out to our truck yard to repair the fault on the steering rack. in December 2015 about the 15th, I received a call from the client, saying that the truck does not want to turn.. it is standing at Makro Centurion.<br> I phoned and spoken to Johan, I told him what the problem was, he told me that I can pay for the towing, to bring the truck to him, he will not send people out to attend to this problem. When I asked him if he will pay for the tow truck, he started yelling at me, telling me he will not do that and I need to get the truck to him. I told him but the truck broke down due to the steering rack not working..The truck is still not repaired, the mechanic phoned him and told him to go out and repair the steering rack, he said that he will not go out to do it. My husband then took the phone and asked him why will he not do that, he then started yelling and swearing said that eveybody wants money.
