Very unprofessional and uncaring, customer service does not exist very unresponsive for instance I will pay month end and they will disconnect me without asking for a proof of payment from me or inform I have to let them or send them a proof of payment when I have paid. Their wifi is so slow and have disconnected me since 16 Tuesday May 2023 without any reason because I have paid for May month I have emailing and whatsaap them to no response, very unsatisfied and unhappy because I am not being rendered the services I paid and no one is attending to me.
Tuesday 2 February 2016 at 15: 40 at Thibault square station a security guard by the name of Zuzeka Mqaki was very unprofessional by the way she spoke to me and my family in front of her other colleagues and passengers, at that time the tap in machine was faulty so she went on to say are we blind or stupid can't we we see supposed to tap in so we went back to tap in where else we supposed to just processed and tap in on the other side she made us walk up and down, we told her we don't like the way she's treating us, she gladly gave us her name and said please go complain about me, while laughing and chanting with her other co workers. Please address Zuzeka Mqaki she needs more training in dealing with people within her work a more professional and kind way will much appreciated.
