For fantastic fabulous water excercises brought to us by Rose Hartzenberg in East London SA a fun filled class each time with much laughter and enjoyement while you exercise. Rose ensures each person gets individual attention and ensures if you have any injures she takes care of you and advises you while you are in the water. I LOVE AQUA THANKS TO ROSE

Rose Hartzenberg who has been my aqua instructor since 2012 and encouraged me to take the SAWFA course and qualify is as far as I am concerned the BEST ,KINDEST , MOST ENCOURAGING, SWEET GOOD person you could ever wish to have as an instructor and I would recommend her aqua water fitness classes to ANYONE who would like to get fit and keep healthy
