Having breakfast at Ninos Arbor Crossing Amanzimtoti and found some hair in plate. Waitress indicates as an excuse its mushroom fibre...but there was no mushroom part of dish. Was completely put off by this. They wanted to give me another serving but I declined. What food safety protocols are adhered to in this restaurant...are hair nets even worn.....
Attempted immigration to NZ. An amount of approximately R30000 was qouted paid to begin process. A few emails (8/9) were sent and apparently an assessment was done ( which basically only said you qualify to immigrate). When some personal problems came up and I requested the process to stop and refund some of the money they made me and offer and only wanted to refund R3000-00 (which became R5000)....however, the value of the service rendered and what was paid does not associate. Be carefull when dealing with this group.
Waterfall/Hillcrest/Kloof in Kwazulu-Natal. Data coverage and data speed extremely poor for more than 2 weeks. No effort from MTN to resolve the problem. When the call centre or coverage departments are contacted they are either working on the problem, or, there doesnt seem to be a problem, or, the problem was corrected but another problem occured...thus problem continues... Poor poor service....with the expectation to work from home during the pandemic it should be up to service providers such as MTN to ensure data, data speed, and equipment and issues be sorted and maintained as best and quickly as possible...and also be able to give customers proper feedback on issues and timelines for repairs.
Living and working in the KZN Midlands....for more 2 years been complaining about poor data speed and coverage although having full strenght signal with tower being 2km from me....been logging calls for more than 2 years but Mtn is still not able to resolve the issue....not even replying on complaints etc..making promises that problems will be resolved or indicating problem has been resolved which is not the case On a good day we get 9mbps download speed the next day 0.40 mbps download speed.... For a international company all over Africa and world it is absoluty pathetic that they cannot resolve technical issues thus putting the small rural communities in this area at risk who depends on Mtn for communication.... Poor poor poor service...
A PC motherboard was bought. The motherboard was delivered and found to be damaged although the cover box was not. The damage was reported to Evetech within the required time frame as per their policy. After personally returning the motherboard to Evetech I had to send regular emails to follow up receiving very vague feedback - e.g. They are not willing to replace or refund for the damaged product. The excuse given not refund or replace was that the overseas supplier does not want to refund or replace. <br> <br> Lots of time and money spent to do the correct thing and to follow correct protocol for nothing just to receive nothing. It is extremely bad customer service and image for Evetech. I will be laying a complaint with the Consumer Goods Council.
