I'm currently stranded because booking com decided not to check with the bnb if it was full. They can even pay me back my money and I guess I will sleep on the street. Terrible ****ed up experience
It seems like there a whole bunch of people who dont even know what they do. I cancelled a policy and received confirmation that is cancelled and now they are still debiting from my account and to make it worse the 2nd policy is now suspended for non payment even though they have deducted from my account.
Please be aware of these people, luckily I came here to read reviews before I can be their victim. They will pretend that you work a tender for a specific product that you can only find at their own supplier. It's a syndicate guys pls be vigilant
I would advise anyone who thinks of using Intercape for parcels not to even start, the service is the worst .People dont care. A document that was suppose to be in East London at 8 am arrived 2 hours late yet the driver still took the parcel with him to the depo. why did he not leave it at the station. even the guy who captured it in Pretoria ( Andries)seemed very confused about the stations in East London and thats something he is suppose to know. Very useless.

<p>I have been waiting for my refund from the 8th December 2016 and I have been put from pillar to post. Spoke to Mandy who was very useless. I cancel my laybye on the 8th Dec and they said it takes 7 to 10 days for a refund but up until today nothing. I've been going to the centurion mall branch atleast once a week and they won't compensate me with my petrol and parking . Fab furniture is full of crooks. </p>

I have transfered money using sendimali and it cant be withdrawn.apparently their Atm's have problems and i have to pay for their technical error by waitibg 7 days before i can receive my money. Waste of my time and money.
There's a white lady at East London airport who has a stinky attitude, she refused to look for my husband's ID until another lady insisted that she must look under her keyboard on the 09/08/2015 between 10am and 12pm<br> <br> she was full of bad behavior which I think its not acceptable especially as a client services agent. This must be dealt with accordingly otherwise people will stop using this service, he was on SAA 476.<br> <br> She must be grateful that i was not with him, I would have dealt with her immidiately. I have sent an email quering multichoice for disconnecting my dstv even though i have paid and yet i was still even a day early. The consultant was not even sure of why i have paid R300 and yet i have paid more the previous week. Instead someone by the name of Mfaniseni Nhlapo replied with a lame excuse that their records show that my services are active. They just dont care about their clients at all
