I purchased a clothing item at Cotton On Access Park. When I got to the till, the item scanned R150. The cashier told me that is not right and called his assistant to change the price. I ended up paying R200 for the item. Coming all the way from Grabouw I did not have a choice but to take the item, considering how far myself and my daughter had to travel and the petrol we spent. I was not happy with the attitude of the cashier. I told him he can't change a price if it scanned a different price. He showed no remorse nor did he have any customer service s****s. I am so disgusted by the behaviour of these people. Are you people trained on CPA???? I will not hesitate to take this further!!
What was supposed to be a joyous celebration turned out to be such a horrible idea. We went to Indigo Spur to celebrate a few birthdays. The service we received was absolutely terrifying. From waiting for the food for long periods of time to not getting any service and complaints being ignored. If I'd known the service is so terrible, I would never have gone to the Indigo Spur at Waterstone Village. The waiter didn't know what he was doing, he didn't seem to listen to what we discuss with him. Our food arrived quite some time later than other people that were seated more than half an hour later than us. How do you explain that? This surely can't be blamed on the fullness. This is utterly disgusting service from you people!! To top it all no one seemed to give a damn about your complaints.
My husband bought a maxim carbattery from Grabouw tyres for R1000,00 in September 2015 and the battery has a 2 year guarantee. When he put the battery into his vehicle it did not want to work. He went back to Grabouw tyres to exchange the battery 3 times but they sid not want to replace the battery or refund him. The rep from maxim batteries also did not want to replace the battery. Maxim gives a 2year guarantee on their batteries. I want a new battery or a refund. Very bad service.
On 2015-03-19 i applied for a personal loan via the call centre number:08600000886, i spoke mphumzi sahluko who requested some documents from me and i send it to him that same day. After i send it to him i called to confirm if he received it and he said yes. On 2015-04-10 i phoned the call centre again to check the status of my application and the lady said its being processed. On 2015-05-15 i phoned again to check the status of my application and a lady said i should talk to mphumzi. Mphumzi then told me to send him a bankstatement of april month then i asked him so my application was never submitted?
