Worst casualties I have ever experienced. We needed urgent medical care and they said we must just wait. Only 5 people in the waiting room and a 3hour wait for help. I will they stipulated on communication board if you are in cerious pain you had to inform the nursing staff. After an hour of waiting only one person was helped. You have to go through a nurse and then she will decide your urgency. My mom of 75 dislocated her shoulder which were fractured in several places. She was in agony. We decided to find other options. We were send to lude Wilgeheuwel and and she received immediate care. Her blood pressure was 200 over 110 due to the pain. I will never recommend anybody to that casualty

i had to make several calls today. They debited my account with intrest after they loaded clubcard on my account without permission. they reversed the clubcard and the intrest charged but then they debited it again with the intrest. i asked to speak to the supervisor because the gentleman on the other side does not understand the point. he replied the supervisor is busy in a meeting. no mention of help from their side to to get the supervisor to phone me ..... how convinient that he is in a meeting. i letf it there and i asked for an email because i would like to cancel my account. i dont trust Edcon anymore and i need everything in writing. he just kept quiet on the other side. i think that is highly unprofessional. i tried to phone back on several occations to get an email address but i was just put from on person to the other. wrong numbers were also supplied.
I contacted edgars about the loading of a club membership without consent. i phoned them. received a letter from them to say i need to pay the outstanding amount. the amout outstanding is because of the loading of club.
