Cartrack Service
I received the worst experience from Cartrack, they are *********** and their service is horrible. When we require their services it goes unattended to continuously. To get their attention to resolve a matter is impossible. They keep making promises that they don't adhere to and keep passing you on to the next agent and then the next without any resolve. We had a faulty device and after much arguing they said that the soonest they can attend to the matter will be in two weeks. During that time the insurance wouldn’t have paid out if the car was ******. That is unacceptable.

Market Space *****
Trevor advertised that he lists your property on various platforms at the cost of R450. We paid the R450 and after that he was never heard from again. He doesn't reply to emails and doesn't answer phone calls. He is a ****mer and *****ster. Please be aware of his games.

Refund Refuse
Bought a spare part for an oven. I was told that it is the correct part I was looking for and the salesman assured me that it will work. The said part doesn't fit into the oven so it cannot be used. Upon trying to return the part for a refund, they told me it's not their problem and refuses to give me a refund. The salesman was very rude and condescending. Even though the part is unused and in the same condition that I bought it in. They were very eager to sell the part but won't assist in a reasonable solution.

Rude, paid but never did the work
I contacted Willem for a quotation on some damage at our property. He went and did the quote. After trying numerous times to arrange for him to go and do the repairs with no response to my emails I called him. He cursed at me and said that he will show me. We have since not been able to reach him and he has been paid in full. Be careful of this man since he takes money and then does not go and do the work.
