A parcel was couriered to DHL Male (Maldives) from a shipper in Johannesburg, POSTNET (Ridgeway) on Monday 24 February 2025. To date the parcel has not been received by the recipient in Male, Maldives. The shipper does not respond any e-mails and do not assist with resolving the matter. On Saturday, 8 March 2025, DHL MV Clearance sent an e-mailing to the recipient requesting clarity and pictures of items and the recipient responded accordingly. On Monday,10 March 2025, DHL MV Clearance has sent the receipt the duty and clearance fees which was paid with immediate effect. Today, 12 March 2025 both the recipient and I have tracked and traced the parcel on the DHL website, and it has not been updated since 2 March 2025. Your urgent intervention and assistance are required.
Very bad customer service and unprofessional service. Shaun the owner very rude and disrespectful. Refuses to refund the deposit, manipulates the matter to refuse to refund one’s deposit.
It is with grave distress and concern that I am documenting events that have transpired with Outlawz Security Company t/a OLZ Crime Prevention. On the 28th of January 2021 I contacted Yaseen at Outlawz security with regards to the installation of and alarm system or a 24hr guard security for a private property due to several break ins and theft occurrences at the private property. The alarm system was discussed telephonically, and Yaseen the Owner of the company said he would meet my sister at the property to do a walk through and assessment of the property and would thereafter forward a quote with regards to pricing. I could not physically be present as I currently reside outside of South Africa hence my sister meeting Yaseen. Yaseen cancelled ten minutes prior to the meeting and told me to contact his brother Mikael who would meet my sister. When I spoke to Mikael he advised me that he is the owner of the company. Mikael met my sister a walk-through of the property was done, and two quotes were provided by Mikael, an Alarm system quote and Security guard quote. At no point was I informed that the remotes were to be charged separate for the alarm system, my understanding was the remotes were included in the quote provided as requested. I cancelled the beams on the alarm system quote and the security guard quote due to affordability but agreed to purchasing the alarm system which to my knowledge included 7 sensors and 2 remotes. I was advised to pay half the cost upfront and the balance upon completion of installation of the alarm system. The account number provided by Yaseen the owner was different from the account number provided by Mikael the other owner on the quotes. I clarified which Bank account to deposit the funds to and also clarified which owner I should deal with moving forward. Yaseen emphatically stated he is the owner, Mikael his brother is an employee and Yaseen will deal with the matter moving forward. Half the deposit was paid on the 30th of January 2021 into the account Yaseen provided. The installation was done on the 3rd of February 2021. I advised Yaseen that I will not be available for most part of the 3rd of February 2021 due to work commitments and advised infact re-emphasized to him that he will be liaising with my sister during the course of the day with regards to installation. Yaseen informed my sister that not only had I cancelled the two beams according to Mikael but I had also cancelled the remotes and two sensors. I told my sister I only cancelled two beams and was advised the remotes was inclusive of the alarm system. The back-and-forth communication with Yaseen resulted in barrage of threats insults and ceaseless badgering and endless blaspheme towards my sister and I. The harassment, swearing and threats still continues from Mickael as i speak. My sister and I was threatened sworn at screamed at by Yaseen and Mickael telling me do I know him/them? Yaseen said where he is from people fear him. Who do we think we are? Because I told him Mikael is being dishonest clearly misquoted and is relaying false information with regards to items that I supposedly cancelled for the alarm. Yaseen threatened to remove the alarm system immediately and not issue a refund on my deposit. He said he paid for the alarm and will not take responsibility for the incorrect information provided by Mikael. Yaseen's brother Mikael was present at the installation. I was communicating telephonically from abroad. Yaseen insisted on the balance of payment because according to Yaseen installation was complete however Yaseen was advised by my sister more than once that the sensors at the back still needed to be installed when access to the house is given by the contractor of the property. Yaseen refused to return the property keys until the balance of payment was made. I told Yaseen his Bank which is Absa will clear payment in 2 -3 days. He immediately sent me the personal bank details of someone banking at FNB and told me to make payment as his brother Mikael is waiting to return the keys. I am abroad my sister was distraught I couldn't disclose to her at the time that I cannot get the house keys returned until payment is made. I made arrangements with a friend in South Africa to transfer funds immediately so that the house keys can be handed back to my sister who was waiting at the property. Mikael continued to be abusive towards my sister when he returned the keys. I could hear as I was on call with her. I wanted to sort the payment matter as soon as possible in order not to place my sister further in harms way and also to de-escalate the matter as the property keys were being held ransom by Outlawz Security Company. After making payment I received a WhatsApp message from Mikael stating Outlawz does not want us as clients and the one month paid for will be honoured. I forwarded the text to Yaseen who said not to worry about his brother whom Yaseen spoke to and calmed down, according to Yaseen. On the 4th of February, the alarm sensors required resetting. My sister arranged to meet Arshaad a brother who is also part of the company, Yaseen and the technician. Only the technician showed up and reset the front sensor. I enquired about my sister receiving confirmation via text regarding activation. Yaseen said he will go to their offices later to add my sister's information to the system as Mikael refuses to. To this hour my sister has not received any confirmation or activation text from Outlawz security. Furthermore, due to the ill treatment and unethical services and behaviour received I advised Yaseen that I will only have them render services for February 2021 which was paid for Yaseen demanded that the radio be picked up today in order for me to not incur March 2021 cost which according to Yaseen was the noticed period. No contract has been received when requested prior and was advised verbally that it would be a month-to-month service rendered.

Since I have signed up for this contract 24 months ago I have experienced nothing but headaches and a hassle as well as bad service and bad attitudes. I cancelled my account in November 2015 knowing the contract expired in Dec 2015 and still get charged for it and then the accounts lady Mary Cherry gives me attitude as well. Not receiving an account statement for 24 moths and informing the accounts department Mary Cherry had a non chalant attitude towards the fact. The equipment was lost moving the alarm system from one house to another yet ADT wanting to charge me for it and yet their technicians moved and stored the equipment.<br> <br> After cancelling the contract I am still billed for it as well. <br> <br> There is no clear communication and response time from ADT concerning all my previous complaints about Danie and I always got pushed from pillar to post.<br> <br> I will never ever deal or sign up with ADT every again as signing up with them was nothing but the worse mistake of my life!
