Hellopeter to whom it may concern I was a customer of mapogo security in randfontein and on the 1st of September I sent them notice to cancel there service because of an issue last year we had I tried to cancel but they said I can't due to the fact that I have signed a year contract so the year went past I gave them one month notice and still on the 1st of October they take my money now I might look at a third party claim from absa Bank due to the fact that I have not authorized that debit order from mapogo security I still have the email that I have sent to Monica@admin of mapogo security really it is as if they decide what happens to customers and really last years meeting with them they denied everything although they were at fault please hellopeter I can't afford lawyers now
I'm a client from mapogo a mathamaga randfontein for about 2months now there was an incident on the 3rd of October 2020 I did call the control room and asked for a vehicle to patrol and I was told I must pay extra for that so to me it feels like they can quickly take my money and before they respond the suspects must first broke into my house empty it then they will respond I did call them on the 5th of October 2020 to cancel their service but she said no the manager will talk to me about a solution im not interested and want at least a part of my money back and the control room operator wasn't helpful it was as if my voice bored him
<p>Vodacom problem I had last year still not solved they keep on telling me it will be solved but when end of the month has arrived they still the first one to deduct money from my account The way i feel now i want to involve my lawyer but also not free of charge please im tired of this i think there is better cellphone companies out there for more than 10 Yars i had no problems but now all of a sudden i must pay for vodacoms mistakes again of which i refuse thank you hope to hear from them soon although i also have a job that keeps me busy very unhappy vodacom customer hope you reply to you emails vodacom im tired of wasting time and energy my case is under investigation for how long and always you say you will call me back within 72hrs but still nothing and its been how long hope it happens soon this time</p>
<p> I went to vodacom at lakeside mall in Benoni to upgrade my cellphone and lap top the one who help me never explained everything properly to me and when they took my money they took more than I expected I called vodacom and as soon as they asked me who helped me they were surprised and that person resigned as well now I must take a day off from work to sort out this mess I was charged almost R500 more on my debit order </p>
