Last year we decided to buy a Renault Triber. We only need one car as we both work from home and use a car maybe twice a week. A year odd later, the car's alternator gave in (their diagnosis). We have 8003 or 8005km on the clock. This is supposed to be covered by the warranty. The car has been standing at the Tokai (Motus) branch since last week Monday, and they kept asking us to be patient as the part (the alternator) can take up to 5 days to arrive from Johannesburg. Today, a full 7 days later, it came out the part has not even been ordered yet as the warranty department has not bothered approve the claim yet, and they cannot order a part before this happens. This is now costing me money as we are not in a suburb with reliable and regular public transport options. They seem to not really care about their clients after the sale was made, no matter how inconvenient it makes things for said client. I am so regretting falling in love with how cute the car is. Seems we bought a very unreliable car from a very unreliable company. Next time people tell me to never buy Renault, I will listen.
<div>Ordered from them often but the past year it is just not viable any longer. They take longer and longer to deliver. Their scheduling means they take your money and then you are last in line for deliveries... Now, it takes 10 days to process an order of dog food with no end in sight because they are selling stock on their website they do not actually have. Avoid please.</div>
I applied through Blue Tech Reatil for a Telkom data contract which was supposed to take 5 days to get. I have been wAiting over a month now. Despite them telling me my contract was approved and they have my sim, I had to find out from Telkom that it was not due to Blue Tech not supplying our documentation. So they lied about my approval. The correct documentation was sent then and Telkom fast-tracked the process and we were approved. Now we have been waiting for our modem for another week and a half. They are trying to talk us into an older model because now apparently there are no stock anywhere of the modem we applied for. According to them the two works exactly the same although my research shows the one we must get to be much better. It seems long stories and excuses are all we are getting from this company. Very disappointed.
