I ordered two dresses form yellow sub trading on the 30th of December 2025 and paid for both. They only delivered one dress with no refund or an explanation on why that was done. I've been a loyal customer to these company but they failing its customers as you also struggle to return any items you've bought from them.
I bought two dresses at We Are Ayana online store and one of the dresses did not fit me. I then tried to return the dress online as they don't have any branches near me or in the free state. The return was initiated on the on the 27 of December 2025 and its now the 2nd week with no action to come take the return. Please be aware of this shortfall as a 1st time online customer.
I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT DURING MAY 2015 DUE TO NO NETWORK COVERAGE BUT WAS CHARGED FOR THAT MONTH AND WAS ALSO CHARGED FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH OF JUNE IRRESPECTIVE OF THE CANCELLED CONTRACT. CURRENTLY MY CREDIT RATING IS AFFECTED BY THOSE AMOUNTS THAT I REFUSED TO PAY BECAUSE I DIDN'T USE THEIR SERVICES AND HAD CANCELLED THE CONTRACT.
