I spoke to Collen Ntlailane who displayed the most impressive service and insured that he answered and explained all the questions I had in detail, excellent experience I had.
I'm so appalled at the service ,I recieved from a cashier named Gadifele that was handling my sale on Saturday evening at Jet Westgate Mall. She was so rude and vile I'm still shocked at the sheer disrespect and lack of customer service she provided. I was in the que to pay for my clothes when she called a lady standing behind me carrying cash to pay before me without even asking me . When I got to the till I asked her why she served lady behind me first and she said it's because she saw her carrying cash and that's what she needed to cash up . I asked her if I also had cash but it's in my purse why didn't she ask me first. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience to me she just went off . She said do I want her to assist me or not? because she is doing me a favor by doing my sale because she has knocked off , she proceeded to call her colleague to come and do the sale if I won't stop complaining. When I related the incident to her colleague who seemed to be a supervisor she said I must leave her alone,that was a clear indication that she is also enabling her behavior because she did not reprimand her instead she asked if she can please apologize on her behalf while Gadifele was still busy making rude comments in the background, I asked the lady why can't Gadifele apologize because she is the one being rude and not her she asked if I can please pay so that the cashier can leave of which I found totally disrespectful for her to dismiss me and disregard my view at that moment. I can't believe that a person can be so rude at her work place and even go to the extent of telling a customer to leave her alone and that she's doing you a favor for doing her job and her superior there with no sense of empathy or acknowledgement to the fact that her consultant is being out of line ... I'm so disappointed that she didn't even care when I highlighted to her that she is acting as if she isn't appreciating the opportunity she had to have a job when a lot of people would have loved to be in her position she dismissed me point blank,I hope Jet stores teaches their employees to be customer centric because it was sad to see myself debating with someone wearing a brand and them telling me they have knocked off while still behind the counter but acting as if they are not proud of the brand they stand for and represent.
At this point I am livid and shook by the level not being bothered I have received from Rain, 1st of all someone out in their company decided to cancel my subscription unprovoked and that on its own is a big concern because it means that someone might have my informed I mean how else would have they have just canceled my services without me authorizing it .Let's get to the 2nd point I have now been calling their call center which has proved to be even more useless they all sound like they are robots "we have escalated the matter to our billing team" is the only resolution they could come up with and not even one of them Has bothered to call me back to advise on the progress of the issue as I have requested. It's almost a week now with no connection and the service provider seems to be non existing to give me answers,I want to know who requested my service to be canceled and if they're still intrested in reinstating my service, if not can they say so ,so that I can find another provider that knows what customer service is.

I spoke to a consultant by the name of Thabo , he was very friendly and helpful and he manage to get my insurance premium reviewed to a very reasonable price , he sure made my day and I left the call with a big smile
I had a Cell C 2 Gig Laptop contract which according to my understanding was capped to 2 gigs ,which was clearly indicated by the fact that every time i reached my limit I would get a massage notification saying i need to recharge my account or contact the contact center . It was miraculous how on the month I actually settles my 2 year contract my service automatically changed to being an open line ...What is shocking to me is that auto page is charging me R8934.73 for 13 Gigs worth of data how pathetic is that like really ,especially because i have never even once contacted their call center to open my line ,I would like to know who authorized that change . when I ask the consultant she tells me it has always been that way but that is not true because it always used to disconnect my service when it reached the 2 gigs. But i didn't sing for this and i didn't approve of what they are saying and i am not willing to pay such a large amount of money for 13 gigs because its ridiculous. I paid off the contract and request auto page to look into this because I am not happy at all especially because this all happened on my last month of the contract with them.
