I am writing to express my concerns regarding the lack of support and assistance I have encountered during my efforts to seek guidance and clarification on revision work and tutor support. As a diligent student committed to achieving academic excellence, I have diligently pursued avenues for additional assistance with my coursework. However, I have encountered significant challenges in accessing the necessary support from the tutor support available. Despite my best efforts to reach out and seek guidance from Milpark, I have found the level of responsiveness and availability from tutors to be inadequate. The absence of timely and effective assistance has not only hindered my academic progress but has also caused undue stress and frustration. I believe that access to reliable support is essential for all students to thrive academically and fulfill their potential. Therefore, I respectfully request that the college administration take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that adequate support services are provided to students seeking assistance with their studies. This may involve reviewing the current tutoring system, increasing the availability of tutors, or implementing additional support measures to accommodate students' needs effectively. I want Milpark Management to contact me as I will not be makin g use of them any further.
They are ******!!!! I paid 1 USD = R39, after a week they deducted R539, I cancelled my card, they deducted again R539, how is it possible that they deduct on new card details, don't ever use them, report and spam!!!!!!!
Absolutely Ridiculous service. My car was in for a "major" service in Jan 2023. When I collected my vehicle from them, my speedometer didn't work after they worked on the vehicle, I then returned and they reconnected it, ever since my vehicle surges and jerking at high speed with very worsen fuel economy. Before I took it in for its "major" service my vehicle has never had these symptom's or were poor on fuel economy. I took it back on Thursday 13 Apr 2023 and they claim it "could be" the coil pack or bougi cord set. When I confronted them and asked why this was never inspected during a major service they claimed that this forms part of electrical components and that nothing in this regard was noticed. In my view when you perform a major service then every little spec on the vehicle should be tested and diagnosed which in this fact isn't happening. I would not recommend anyone to service or have you vehicle repaired through them, they all just about making a quick buck.
Extremely Bad services received from Iris Maya . The worst. First application for business account and I have not received any info on this account!!! I had to phone the whole day trying to get hold of her. She promised to send me the confirmation of banking details at 11:00 am, she could not even kept to her promised, after many many attempts I eventually received it on 13:01pm. She is not interacting with customers at all. Its people like her that Absa will just loose another customer.

I am not sure where to start off with this. I have been a customer at Pharmacy Direct for the past year (2019) never, ever will I be making use of them!!! From contacting, emailing, dispensing, dispatching, delivering to speaking to a "manager", every department of Pharmacy Direct are extremely poor with service delivery and customer satisfaction. Pharmacy Direct has the tendency to deplete your medical aid by duplicating claims!! Luckily I have changed over to a better pharmacy as of January 2020. Again I wasn't surprised when I saw claims being processed after I have notified them repeatedly that I will not be needing their pathetic services any longer. They are risking patients health care, in my case I received other people's medication . This month they had processed chronic medication AGAIN, this being said I have changed pharmacies but still they have no idea on how to operate. They are very contradicting, additional claims were processed through my medical aid for their benefit whilst I am no longer a customer of them, when I confronted the manager (Rowenda) about this she replied, it's for July and September 2019, I mean really?!! How can they process claims through my medical aid without my consent and be charged. I also type this review to vent to loving caring people because pharmacy direct and their staff are rude, disrespectful and uncaring. Also clueless as to what service is, no regard for an SLA, or the customers needs. This makes me think that Bonitas are exactly the same, as they know of the problem but don't care because it is all about money and never about the patient. To everyone out there, be careful when selecting Pharmacy Direct as your pharmaceutical supplier, you will truly regret ever minute!!
