A month and half later and an utter pathetic setup!!! Stole my money. Never received the parcel. Lizelle emailed to say it is stuck in Customs. Had two funtions to which I needed this dress, but still no reply or dress. We need to close their "businesses". Stolen money from us!!!
2015, took watch in for battery replacement at Canal Walk.<br> The watch was handed over, in perfect working condition!<br> <br> 21 Nov 2015 watch sent back due to damp under glass.<br> 15 Dec 2015 went to collect watch at Canal Walk store. <br> <br> Required to pay R600 for replaced mechanics?! <br> <br> The watch was not working at all!!!<br> <br> The store kept the watch to be sent back to the repair centre.<br> <br> 17 Feb 2016 the job was opened at the repair centre.<br> 27 Feb 2016 we fetched the watch. <br> Required to pay R600 again?!<br> <br> 29 Feb 2016 the watch had dampness under the glass!<br> <br> Bad attitude from Winston & Sam Casper at head office.<br> Incorrect info and errors given on watch, by Sam.<br> No interest in my problem and only asked for my warranty slip.<br> <br> Never a Fossil product again!!<br> No aftersales service available!!!<br>
