Shocking refund policy..or should I say NO REFUND
So my son was unable to attend the Rage festival this year. I had to submit proof, short of a DNA test and blood sample; however..still no refund!!! I also took out their 'insurance' for a guaranteed refund. This is beyond a joke..and I am reporting both institutions to the consumer protection council! Had enough!

Terrible property agents
Short and sweet - been renting a unit from Alcus Properties who in turn manage the property for Coler Wealth In Bloemfontein. Both companies are HIGHLY unreliable and unprofessional.<br> I have been broken into twice in Leisure Bay Estates, and recently had a burst geyser. They, after promising to install burglar bars, haven't done so in 2.5 years and after the geyser burst - I have a gaping hole in the ceiling with bits and bobs hanging waiting to fall on someone's head!<br> Numerous attempts to get some action going - but to no avail. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Alcus to Coler Wealth by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
