I am being HARASSED by this company! They phone me multiple times a day about Woolworths debt. I don't even have a Woolies card, in fact I have no consumer debt whatsoever. No apologies, no end to the ongoing calls, just rude and abrupt communication from their call centre staff. I have finally blocked them because I can't take it anymore.
I ordered the Restora Lumina face cream on promotion in September 2015 and received my delivery.<br> <br> I have just found out that this company has been deducting R1500 from my account every month since then! <br> <br> Apparently, they continue to do this unless you specifically cancel your order and claim that I signed up for \membership\". Absolute rubbish!<br> <br> Emailing their customer support has no effect whatsoever - they reply with a standard template directing me to a web page to contact customer support. I've been going around in circles with them.<br> <br> I never subscribed to any membership and they have now stolen over R10 000 from me.<br> <br> Hopefully my bank can assist me because this company has conducted their business illegally and I'm sure they are scamming other people too.<br> <br> Don't ever buy this product!
