Hi<br> On 26 July I ordered Levante Skincare as well as Restora Lumina off an advertisement they advertised on Television and in Shape Magazine. They advertised Free Trials for two products and I only have to pay for the shipping fees amounting to R104 and R107. After a month that I have not received any products, I emailed them with their reply email that I will get my products in a weeks time, but I must phone by 31 August again. On 27 August they took R1233.18 and R1215,77 off my credit card. After more emails, they explained that I now have exclusive membership to their products and I will receive a sample every 30 days. This was never explained in their advertisement, I only had to pay for shipping fees etc. I now had to pay R70 customs fees to get my product, which I don't want, but cannot return it unless I pay the customs fees. I now paid over R3000 for cheap products that I thought was free. Absa bank also could not refund me as they say I gave my details to the supplier. I now have to send my products back, which is going to cost me another R300 without knowing if I will ever get my money back. Can you help me please? This is getting such an expensive order.

The shipment notice show USD 6.88 and paid a total of USD 164.00 before I went to my bank and cancelled my credit card.<br> The bank cannot help you as Lumina claims that you have sign a membership agreement with them.<br> As they are not located in S.A. one can only give them a bad name and boycott them.

I ordered the Restora Lumina face cream on promotion in September 2015 and received my delivery.<br> <br> I have just found out that this company has been deducting R1500 from my account every month since then! <br> <br> Apparently, they continue to do this unless you specifically cancel your order and claim that I signed up for \membership\". Absolute rubbish!<br> <br> Emailing their customer support has no effect whatsoever - they reply with a standard template directing me to a web page to contact customer support. I've been going around in circles with them.<br> <br> I never subscribed to any membership and they have now stolen over R10 000 from me.<br> <br> Hopefully my bank can assist me because this company has conducted their business illegally and I'm sure they are scamming other people too.<br> <br> Don't ever buy this product! There is NO way to cancel this so-called \"membership\" with them and they refuse to refund you.<br> <br> Be warned.<br> "

I ordered 1 product via internet from Restora Lumina on 17/8/2015. Order number 100570223. I received this product but my bank account has been billed on 2/9/2015 with the amount of R1237,38 and on 14/9/2015 with another amount of R1354,35, the under [URL Removed] I have e-mailed them under [Email Removed] but the mail have been sent back with no no-delivery note. In the meantime I opened up a dispute with platinumdisputes@absa. Have stopped my card because of another matter that I will deal with seperately.

They have the cheek to tell me that I owe them money. They advertised the prmotion for just over R100 a bottle and then they charge you over R1000 if you have not cancelled the due date in time. In the mean time hey send the goods AFTER THE DUE DATE EXPIRES so whether you are interested or not they take their money.<br> This is their e mail I received from them<br> Our records indicate that you placed an order for Restora Lumina-100523171- on 08/18/2015 and your Introductory Period will expire on 09/04/2015 and Levante-100523174-on 08/18/2015 and your Introductory Period will expire on09/06/2015 . <br> The amount of R1261.22 plus was deducted on 3 Sept.2015

Good day, I've placed an order for my Restora Lumina FREE TRIAL and there has been deducted almost R4000.00 from my credit card without receiving anything. Could anybody help to find out what the hell is going on. I don't have that kind of money to throw in the water and just forget about it.
