Hi<br> On 26 July I ordered Levante Skincare as well as Restora Lumina off an advertisement they advertised on Television and in Shape Magazine. They advertised Free Trials for two products and I only have to pay for the shipping fees amounting to R104 and R107. After a month that I have not received any products, I emailed them with their reply email that I will get my products in a weeks time, but I must phone by 31 August again. On 27 August they took R1233.18 and R1215,77 off my credit card. After more emails, they explained that I now have exclusive membership to their products and I will receive a sample every 30 days. This was never explained in their advertisement, I only had to pay for shipping fees etc. I now had to pay R70 customs fees to get my product, which I don't want, but cannot return it unless I pay the customs fees. I now paid over R3000 for cheap products that I thought was free. Absa bank also could not refund me as they say I gave my details to the supplier. I now have to send my products back, which is going to cost me another R300 without knowing if I will ever get my money back. Can you help me please? This is getting such an expensive order.
