Very friendly and on time driver, very satisfied. We got the same driver as a couple of months ago and very happy woth his service and friendlyness.
We had dinner with family and friends on Saturday 10 August. WoW - What a lovely place. The waiters were on top of it, they knew their menus, they looked stunning and very friendly, our waiter (unfortunately I forgot his name) explained all the lovely steaks available, and boy was it nice. Not one of us were disappointed in their food, the steaks were out of this world. Thanks Fat Butcher, your food is outstanding. A bit pricey, but that is what you can expect from the best steaks in town.
We stayed at Roosenwijn Guest House over the weekend and I would like to rate the stay as a definate 9.9! What a great place to stay, everyone was so friendly, the Guest House is a lovely old house with stunning furniture, beds and staff. How nice is it to do a positive review of a lovely place.
Hi<br> On 26 July I ordered Levante Skincare as well as Restora Lumina off an advertisement they advertised on Television and in Shape Magazine. They advertised Free Trials for two products and I only have to pay for the shipping fees amounting to R104 and R107. After a month that I have not received any products, I emailed them with their reply email that I will get my products in a weeks time, but I must phone by 31 August again. On 27 August they took R1233.18 and R1215,77 off my credit card. After more emails, they explained that I now have exclusive membership to their products and I will receive a sample every 30 days. This was never explained in their advertisement, I only had to pay for shipping fees etc. I now had to pay R70 customs fees to get my product, which I don't want, but cannot return it unless I pay the customs fees. I now paid over R3000 for cheap products that I thought was free. Absa bank also could not refund me as they say I gave my details to the supplier. I now have to send my products back, which is going to cost me another R300 without knowing if I will ever get my money back. Can you help me please? This is getting such an expensive order.
Hi - I bought some items from Mr Price Home Tygervalley on 17/10/2017. The lady that assisted me was busy with a cell phone call while busy with my transactions. (The cell phone was from a client that left it in the shop.) She rang up one of my items twice. I tried to phone the store without any assistance. You have to punch in 1,2,3,4 of 5 and enter your id number for quick assistance, which is non existent. I phoned on 18/10/2017 again the same number without any luck, same procedures, no assistance as the phone hung up after a while. I tried to call the account query to see if someone can assist. I spoke to 2 ladies which could not assist, but they suggested I try the store or put me through to the store - again..... no luck. This is the second bad experience I have with the Tygervalley store. My daughter wanted to open an account with them. Filled in all her details, forms, payslip, id etc. After about a month of no communication we tried to find out what happened to her application, just to find out it was never submitted to head office or accounts department. this is so frustrating as it is the only Mr Price Home store close to us. Cant believe they are still in business with such bad staff or the lack of assistance. they've got lovely items in their store, just a pity they have incompetent staff. Yours - frustrating customer
Hi <br> My husband and I stayed at the Windtown Lodge in Langebaan for a weekend away. From the friendly receptionist to the rest of the hotel and restaurant staff was very very friendly, helpful and the best food (we opted for the ribs) was outstanding. Thank you very much and I can gladly refer this Hotel - it is in the middle of the town, walking distance from other amenities, beautiful rooms and excellent service and food.<br> Thanks - we had a great time.<br> Christelle and Joey
