I bought a tablet at Ackermans for R1500. My credit limit is R1200. Problem begins here: My account showed that I only have R670 available to buy anything. The lady at Ackermans said I can laybye it on my account and then they will use the R670 on my account as a deposit to laybye the tablet. Eventually I think two days later I went back to store to pay an amount of R829 so that they would give me the tablet ans they did. Now they say I owe them R1191.03 when I asked them if I could close my account. This doesn't make any sense. The slip they gave me said I owe R0.00 now how confusing is that. Normally they say you cannot complain about service if there is no service. I am not a very happy client at all. They did not even picked up an amount I paid last month. This is beyond terrible!!!!!!!!!
<p>My child in grade two keeps on telling me that his teacher is hitting him on the head with a homework book. She says he makes her very angry because he is playing in his "office". Stories are told from the school which is not even true and trying to defend themselves, probably because they are a Christian school. I do not even have the right words to describe how low they really are except for the few excellent teachers there. I am not happy with this. School number: ********** .</p>
I was cut off again yesterday just after I thought everything was sorted out!!!! I guess you cannot complain about service when people can't pick up their mistake to see that you have paid already!!!!<br>
Multichoice Harrismith branch says that they cannot help me with dstv self-service problems. I must sort it out myself. If I do remember correctly, their people connected my decoder etc. So now every time I try to link my dstv smartcard it says: smartcard is already linked to another profile but they took all my details. Lately all I have is issues with them, talking about poor service!!!
