Ordered at 4, received the order at 7 PM… there was a time that the app did not tell me where my order was. It stopped at shopping. Terrible!
Ordered on the woolies dash app, some items were out of stock, but I never received my refund for those items paid. Tried to contact customer service, still no word.
If I could, I would give them 0 stars. We have been renting an apartment in the Thistle Creek complex for a year and a half now. We have had floods in the apartment after rainfall, cracks in ceilings, mold in the kitchen due to water damage. I am so tired of logging complaints with them. The last one was 6 months ago… still no help. And they are so rude! When I explained my ceiling issues the lady told me that its not a ceiling, basically telling me I can’t tell a ceiling from another structure inside my apartment! Severely undermining me in such a way and ignoring complaints forced me to decide to move before my contract ends
Telkom said they will connect my wifi again after asking for 2 weeks with no response.I have work to do on the Internet and have to delay all just to wait for telkom
