Think hard before using Boa Sea Point
I went to Boa Sea Point and needed the bathroom before my treatment. I had to go through the area where the the******s spend off time. It is filthy and loud. The bathroom had no toilet paper, and when I asked for some was told they don’t have any. Also no soap to wash hands. Are these the******s using their dirty, unwashed hands on our hands and feet??? Beautician did not appear qualified and my gel hands lasted 3 days!!! I have tried phoning and emailing the company to discuss, with no success. Cheap, but totally unprofessional!!

Moving?? Do not use VIP movers!!!
Do not use this company to move! We filled out a form informing them from where we were moving and to where, and received a quote which we accepted. All seemed good until moving day! They were very rough with the furniture and boxes, with many breakages, even things they had wrapped. Half way through the move, they decided to increase the price! After a few hours, whilst still moving they said the next person needed to be moved and they were leaving. We put up a fight and they completed the move. A very unpleasant experience to use them, never again!!!

Worst pedi and worst service
I treated myself to a full pedi at Sorbet Constantia on Tuesday is 6 Oct. The beautician was meant to be filing my nails, but filed the skin off my toes! She held my toes so tight when doing the pedi, that I was trying to work out what the pain was from. By the time I came home my toes had been bleeding and it was uncomfortable to walk. That night I woke every time I moved in bed as the sheets touched my sensitive toes. First thing the next morning I phoned to tell them. I was told that it was not acceptable and the manager would be contacting me. Thursday evening I received an Sms from Catherine the owner saying it was unacceptable and she would phone me on Friday. By Saturday evening I had heard nothing, so sent her a picture of my toes where one could clearly see the skin had been broken at the end of each toe. Today, Sunday, no response at all!! Sorbet clearly does not care about customer satisfaction, and after many years of going there, I won't go back! Their therapists don't appear professional at all!!
