I had a scratch on the bumper of my white Golf 7 Gti, VIN: WVWZZZAUZFW100816,I took it to Secunda Panel Beaters located on 7 Laing Street, Secunda as they were VW Approved.The bumper was repaired however the left front fog light connector was damaged requiring a complete fog light replacement this was confirmed by VW TRISEC. Secunda Panel Beaters refuses to acknowledge damage as part of their workmanship. I request that the VW Approval and Accreditation of Secunda Panel Beaters be reviewed. The team at Secunda Panel Beaters lack integrity and customer service.<br>
I did not know i had a WASP on my cellular data card (0723108238) which is a 5 Gig 24 month Vodacom contract. I contacted Vodacom Customer Care on 082 111 to query the unusually high bill, however i was asked to visit Vodacom Customer Care branch. The personnel at the Secunda Mall Vodacom Customer Care could not access my account and subsequently called 082 111 for assistance. It was determined that there was a WASP on my line, i immediately asked for this WASP to be cancelled and was advised being a Saturday this will be completed first thing Monday morning. I was then asked to increase my call limit so that i could acess my 4.5 Gig of available data. My visit to Vodacom Customer Care Secunda was on 5 March 2016, this challenge has not yet been resolved and my account continues to be debited. I have called 082 111 on at least 4 occasions with always being ensured that the WASP will be cancelled but nothing happens.<br> <br> I am seriously unhappy with the service from Vodacom and will cancel my contract if this challenge is not resolved within the week.
