Whatever you do or your insurance advises you do not send your car to this panel beater. I repeat. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO SEND YOUR CAR TO THIS PANEL BEATER. Secunda Panelbeaters are a waste of oxygen and i am not quite sure that they are in a business of fixing cars or actually in storage business. Johann always promises to call back but never does. The Toyota Hilux GD6 was taken in for key repairs as i had lost mine and no spare key was available. Long story short it is 4 months in it and i am still waiting. Each time i call i am told that this Friday they will receive keys. It is friday today and i called they said they have a problem with the supplier but definitely next Friday. These guys are a joke even a 1 star rating is too much for them they deserve NO Rating at all.

Worst panel beater ever. It took them 8weeks to paint the front bumper and still didn't get it right. They removed my fan switch (I don't know for what reason) and didn't put it back which caused my car to blew a head gasket. Johann and your team please close your business before you make more damages to innocent people's cars. My friend had the same problem with them. It took them 3month to fix his car and still didn't match the colour.

Took my car in last week Tuesday to fix the bumper. When I took it in I told them that I need my car before Friday because I use it to do my work. They promised me it was a small job and it would definitely be ready by then. I had to phone them (they didn't have the decency to phone me) Thursday to ask if my car was going to be finished in time just to hear that their compressor was giving trouble so I would only receive my car the Friday afternoon. I phone them again the Friday morning just to hear mor excuses and that my car would only be ready the Monday early morning. By this time my manager was fed up because they pay me to use my car and Secunda Pannelbeaters was wasting my time so he went with me to them the Monday morning just to find that they only started spraying the bumper that morning. Then they promised the car would be ready the Tuesday morning. The Tuesday morning I had to phone them (again they didn't have the decency to phone me) and asked if my car was ready. Again they had stories and that my car would only be ready late the afternoon. Well it is Tuesday late afternoon now and I am still waiting... This is the worst service I've ever had from a service provider. It takes them more than a weak just to put a new bumper on and spray it and they are not even that busy. And I have to follow-up the whole time. They do not have the decency to keep me up to date. I will be reporting them to my insurance

My car was at Secunda Panelbeaters for repairs, when I got the car back from the panelbeaters it was leaking dust in the boot. I took the car back to the panelbeaters and told them its leaking dust in the boot and which it didn't before the repairs, I left my car with them to fix and then at close business same day they told me its fixed. I drove my car for a few days then the dust came back then I brought back the car back and left it with them to get it fixed again. I got it back from them close of business the same day and they told me it was rubbers that where flipped the wrong way. I drove it for a few days and the dust is back again.

Following a delay from my insurance with sending the authorization code to the panelbeaters, Secunda Panlebeaters showed dedication and persistent to resolving my vehicle damage. The courtesy vehicle provided by my insurer was extended due to the delay and the panelbeaters were aware of the fact. After an extension there was reasonably no further assistance regarding the courtesy vehicle that could be expected from the insurer as per contractual agreement. The panelbeater's receptionist advised (on the 11th of August 2017) that the parts for my vehicle would be arriving on that day and I were to expect my vehicle back the following week. That never happened. My courtesy eventually expired on the 28th of August resulting in me having to personally rent a vehicle which is a financial inconvenience. Till today September 2nd I do not have my vehicle back when last Friday (August 25th) I was assured that the now final parts (previously unmentioned) would be arriving on that day and I should have my vehicle back on Monday (28th August) earliest. The business has electricity problems due to municipality, valid, but nothing has been done to carry out an alternative plan to resolve the issue despite me stressing the costs inconvenience of renting a vehicle in my own capacity. Furthermore, the receptionist is my point of contact. One would expect management to contact customers and/or even the engineer or mechanic with details of the issue at hand. I am thoroughly disappointed in the service and actually demand some financial reimbur*****t for the delay (be it or not their fault that they are without power). I'm paying ridiculous amounts to the rental company which I have not budgeted for nor can afford and all for lack of contingency planning. Why does the business not have backup power sources e.g. a generator if they are going to be on a major insurer's such as Outsurances' vendor list? Incompetency.

I was promised my car would take at the most 2 weaks to repair small damages to my vehicle. It is now 28 days and I don't get feedback as promised and I need to call them everyday to follow-up and every day they have different excuse as to why I can not get my car back. I was also told that my vehicle had to be sent to fix the buttons that opens the windows which was working perfectly when the car went in for repairs.

I had a scratch on the bumper of my white Golf 7 Gti, VIN: WVWZZZAUZFW100816,I took it to Secunda Panel Beaters located on 7 Laing Street, Secunda as they were VW Approved. The bumper was repaired however the left front fog light connector was damaged requiring a complete fog light replacement this was confirmed by VW TRISEC. Secunda Panel Beaters refuses to acknowledge damage as part of their workmanship. I request that the VW Approval and Accreditation of Secunda Panel Beaters be reviewed. The team at Secunda Panel Beaters lack integrity and customer service.
