Dishonest company constantly violating the POPI act.
Totally ********* company with absolutely no respect for the POPI act. Constantly harass me with spam phone calls, in spite of being told that they do not have my consent to market and instructing them to remove my details from their records. Further violation of the POPI act is that they pass clients' details on to third parties (Dynamic Solutions) to market on their behalf.1 reply

Failure to terminate service
I requested that my landline *** be disconnected / cancelled on 25 January. Telkom still has not done this. They now bill me R420 for the two months \service\" since my instruction. Please terminate services with immediate effect and reverse all charges since my initial instruction."1 reply
