Poor ventilation. Long queues. Would not recommend.
Rain has debited me twice after I have cancelled my subscription on their website. After canceling on their website, twice, no confirmation of cancelation was emailed/sms'd to me. After querying the issue with customer support the first time I canceled and was unnecessarily debited, the support agent claimed that the system had no proof of my cancelation, which I definitely did. So I cancelled again on the website, of which the cancelation was picked up on the system, by the agent - No value to me though, because I was still debited unnecessarily again, for the second time. Rain is still getting back to me on this issue, for over 2 months now. And my follow up emails have gotten no response from Rain. Poor customer service from Rain overall. Leave alone, they have taken my money and have not responded to my queries. Would you still want to sign up with Rain? I personally, would recommend not. Try a better ISP like Afrihost.
Altech Netstar promised to have a tracker installed in my vehicle on 18/03/2016. It is the close of business day and Nestar has not delivered, or pitched at the dealership at which the tracker was meant to be installed on my vehicle. Netstar has not informed me of their failure to deliver service either. My insurance company insists that my vehicle has a tracking device installed in order for theft and hijacking claims to be valid. This poses a huge inconvenience to me as I need my vehicle moved from the dealership floor by the morning of 19/03/2016. Netstar call centres do not assist customers outside of business hours- I have tried calling. An automated consultant simply cuts you off the call. It seems that they have blocked out urgent concerns of their customers during important situations. Poor service. Already a bad start to the contract I have signed up with them. Suggest alternatives to others that are interested in a vehicle tracking company.
