I have raced many times and am a regular thus I know the team and track very well. The supervisor and most of the team are good. However, Chucky the senior mechanic isn’t. His attitude is terrible, he purposefully slows the karts down so the public cannot wear out the motors quicker(less wear and tear) and lacks professional etiquette. For customers wanting value for money, surely we should get the best possible opportunity to produce fast times and a better client experience? Clearly not. I would recommend Aviwe and the rest of the team except Chucky. Would not recommend him to any mechanic shop or institution.

We went out on a "ladies outing" on 27/7/19 to the century city go karting, we were exctied as none of us have been but seemed like a nice experience. We didnt know how things work etc so we got to the counter to purchase our tickets the following happened: 1st i thing the lady working there should have let us know of the waiting periods involved so you can make an informed disicion when buying your tickets as there are no refunds! 2nd after we found out that waiting times are over 2 hours, frustrated I went back to the counter to try and find out what was happening, I asked the lady to come over the counter as I wanted to ask her something, the noise levels are incredible and it was not busy (arund 2130) she refused and starting screaming over the counter. 3rd I asked why she was screming and givivng me attitude, my other friend came to also hear what the progress was, she stared been more rude and telling us a lot of BS actually, 4th as we were a group of ladies my 3rd friend came over to also enquire as to what was happening(Different ethnicity) suddenly she came over the counter and telling our friend a complete story to what she initially said to us. long story short, i will NEVER go there again as the lady is very rude,racist,and just actually STUPID!

My friend and I visited the branch, went to the booking counter to book a session only to find no one was present in the office. We waited for more than 10 minutes until finally Nicole (most useless/rude person ever to be in charge) walks casually to us. We then ask her if we can make a booking, she says no as the next session is only at 6pm. We left and came back at 17:45pm to book for the session. We again reach the counter and no one is there, we see Nicole sitting in the canteen area eating a packet of chips and seeing us waiting but doesn't move an inch. 2 minutes later her colleague whose in the track area flags her and points to us. She finally gets off her lazy ass and walks over to us. We inform her that we would like to book two tickets for the 6pm session. She replies with her stinking attitude voice that all sessions have been fully booked as a group have booked it out for at least 2 hours. We were both disappointed as she said the next session would be at 6pm and now she has another story. If I was the manager or supervisor of Century Karting, I would fire this lazy piece of **** ages ago. The world doesn't need someone who can't treat customers with respect. Nicole doesn't take her job seriously and it makes me wonder why on earth anyone would want to pay her - she doesn't do anything. I won't be returning here again. Since this business doesn't respond to complaints, if you have CCTV cameras, have a look for yourself!

<p>Except for the driving experience which was great, the woman working in the ticket office has the most disgusting, rude manners and NO customer etiquette!!!!! Because of her, that place will never see me or anyone I know ever again. I never met such a rude something (cause she can't be called a woman) ever!!!! </p>

I went karting at Century Karting on Sunday the 19th of July and paid R140 for 15 laps in which a firstly I had to wait around 1h30min as there was only 3 Go Karts working and all races of 4 or more people had to be split taking double the time. Finally when I got into my kart i would racing with which was kart 11 I felt felt my foot hopping up and down when i wanted to break at that time i had no idea what it was but it felt very uncomfortable. when the race was finally over i got out the kart and found there was a hole in the foot panel and that my foot was hopping on the tar the entire time ruining my sneaker which is not even two weeks old. I would like Century Karting to replace my sneaker or the money that it cost as this is due to the lack of maintenance on their side. Its pathetic that you can even charge somebody to race in such poorly maintained karts. My Kart would even move forward if I did not press down on the breaks. I really would like action taken.
