Opened the account, had so many issues as the app just doesn’t work at all! Sent out emails to complain, after two days I got a response where they partially fixed the issue, send another email, whereby they fixed the login issue. Then I was able to access the account, so I thought okay cool it’s working now. Deposited R3k, and immediately after that, the app froze again. I’m locked out of doing anything feasible with the money that’s there. So I’m trying to withdraw the R3K only to find out that you cannot as they restricted it, because your investments need to be greater than the funds not used yet. So this is a total **** of a company. I don’t care what the positive reviews say, this company will ***** your hard earned money and not give a damn. There app is the worst app I’ve ever used, glitches everywhere in every section of the app. How is an app like that supposed to protect your investment if they can’t even keep their app stable! DO NOT USE THIS **** APP!

Thee most useless business banking bank you can ever work on! Absolutely mind boggling how they could be using such a **** legacy software and have people working for them who are just as unknowledgeable. From making online payments, to making payments in Forex, this bank has so little knowledge and experience that you'll never get anything done, and their bankers do not care as well. DO NOT ever make use of this bank for business, it's issues after issues. The support is bad, everything works as though you're in 1995. For the best banking experience, choose FNB!
I haven't had internet since 10pm last night, logged the fault with Afrihost at 8am and who at 4pm have said that Octotel haven't issued them with a support ticket so there's nothing they can do as Octotel aren't answering their calls (which is true as I have been trying multiple times). The fact that the cause is on Octotel's side as the internet was working one minute, and then next everything went dead, and they haven't sent a technician to fix the fault shows that they couldn't care at all. Besides this issue, they do false advertising as I hardly receive the speeds I'm paying for 70% of the time. Really disappointed with this "no care" attitude from Octotel.
I ordered a product from an online store in Durban on Saturday 15 July 2022, a week later the package hasn't arrived. I contact the courier company (Fastway), to find out what's happening as the delivery status shows that they have it in the Cape Town branch. The consultant says they see that it has been received at their CPT branch and they will look for it and call me back. A day goes by without any communication, so I call again to find out, firstly they're asking me who the package is for, and where it's going?! They then inform me that they can't find the package as they have looked for it. It sounded like they couldn't give a **** that it's missing from their facility and/or stolen by their employees. I then contact the store to inform them about this, and to my surprise this isn't the first time they have "lost" numerous packages. This company also refuses to pay/compensate the supplier, as they didn't opt for insurance! Fastway is a fraudulent company and no body should make use of their services EVER! Inform all your colleagues, business partners, family and friends as you could lose it all. Always find out from the supplier before placing an order, who they use as their courier service to avoid these type of thieves from stealing from you and getting away with it.

Unstable business internet, useless technicians and unreliable service. Definitely choose a better ISP than this pathetic company! For months we have been having internet issues to the point where there is no internet connection at all for days! Internet connection is either off, intermittent or so slow at less than 2Mbps that it doesn't even load a simple webpage as Google. Numerous calls were logged through the weeks when the internet was badly affected, but to no avail. This company has little to no clue on what it takes to successfully ensure it's customers (businesses) are running 24/7. This major internet outage from this company is impacting business operations on a great scale and it's become evident that this is not a company anyone should use as their ISP.
A friend suggested taking my car for a wash at The Pink Car Wash, the first time I did I was quite happy with the service as nothing bad happened. The second time I took my car expecting the same service, I was shocked to find out that when I returned home from the car wash, my knife was missing. I keep it on one place and I've never removed it from my car. I searched the car from top to bottom in case the cleaners placed it somewhere else, to no avail. Someone at the car wash definitely stole it. I called the car wash and spoke to the owner (Christo) who asked me a few questions about the day but nothing to confirm that he will check the cameras that very day with all the details of my vehicle, day and time that I had provided him with, he wants me to first come through so he can check. Had he checked the cameras there and then the knife could possibly have been retrieved. Anyway I go to the car wash the next day and he assists by checking the cameras which aren't very helpful, he is able to identify who was working on the inside of the car but without a doubt assures me that those two people have worked there forever and would never steal. So apparently the knife just slipped out of the car and no one decided to pick it up and hand it over to the owner! He did offer to replace the knife, but it's a knife I've had for more than 10 years, I would never be able to replace the exact model. It's also not about money, it's about ethics and agree that the knife was indeed stolen on your premises. Lesson to myself and my friend who have now found a much better and cheaper car wash also in Durbanville that does a great service too, DO NOT VISIT THIS CAR WASH! The owners protect their workers, they believe them and will go on anything they say.
My friend and I visited the branch, went to the booking counter to book a session only to find no one was present in the office. We waited for more than 10 minutes until finally Nicole (most useless/rude person ever to be in charge) walks casually to us. We then ask her if we can make a booking, she says no as the next session is only at 6pm. We left and came back at 17:45pm to book for the session. We again reach the counter and no one is there, we see Nicole sitting in the canteen area eating a packet of chips and seeing us waiting but doesn't move an inch. 2 minutes later her colleague whose in the track area flags her and points to us. She finally gets off her lazy ass and walks over to us. We inform her that we would like to book two tickets for the 6pm session. She replies with her stinking attitude voice that all sessions have been fully booked as a group have booked it out for at least 2 hours. We were both disappointed as she said the next session would be at 6pm and now she has another story. If I was the manager or supervisor of Century Karting, I would fire this lazy piece of **** ages ago. The world doesn't need someone who can't treat customers with respect. Nicole doesn't take her job seriously and it makes me wonder why on earth anyone would want to pay her - she doesn't do anything. I won't be returning here again. Since this business doesn't respond to complaints, if you have CCTV cameras, have a look for yourself!
