My friend and I visited the branch, went to the booking counter to book a session only to find no one was present in the office. We waited for more than 10 minutes until finally Nicole (most useless/rude person ever to be in charge) walks casually to us. We then ask her if we can make a booking, she says no as the next session is only at 6pm. We left and came back at 17:45pm to book for the session. We again reach the counter and no one is there, we see Nicole sitting in the canteen area eating a packet of chips and seeing us waiting but doesn't move an inch. 2 minutes later her colleague whose in the track area flags her and points to us. She finally gets off her lazy ass and walks over to us. We inform her that we would like to book two tickets for the 6pm session. She replies with her stinking attitude voice that all sessions have been fully booked as a group have booked it out for at least 2 hours. We were both disappointed as she said the next session would be at 6pm and now she has another story. If I was the manager or supervisor of Century Karting, I would fire this lazy piece of **** ages ago. The world doesn't need someone who can't treat customers with respect. Nicole doesn't take her job seriously and it makes me wonder why on earth anyone would want to pay her - she doesn't do anything. I won't be returning here again. Since this business doesn't respond to complaints, if you have CCTV cameras, have a look for yourself!
