Bought a waterpump and installed but leaks. I returned the part and they dont want to exchange it or refund me because i dont have a RMI registered jobcard now they have the part and my funds. They also charge vat twice if they have ordered it from another branch
Hi, I have been handed over to DMC and received no service from cell c and their customer care is also really very poor because you cant speak to the right people you are transferred to or there is nobody on the other side of the call. I think its really unfair to pay for a service you never receive or get somebody to talk to that can help you to resolve a query or problem. So cell c just take matters in their own hands and go and hand you over to the credit department and destroying your credit record and also doing it after a few years not immediately if the problem occurs. I am really disappointed with this company and I don't think that I am the only one that has been ripped off like this it seems it is a daily thing.
