We bought a bed from Russels Heilbron 20/12/2015 they called us and promised it would be delivered today 23/12/2015. At 20:43 still nothing which means have to sleep on the floor !<br> It is now 07:37 24/12/2015 and still no delivery where are we suppose to sleep??? I never had any problem buying from Russels but it seems there is always the first time for every thing, what is the solution???
Again it is proved that Auto-page are the worst company on the planet.<br> I lodge a complaint. the manager called me and CONFIRMED he see a problem and will come back to me. Ques what? I am still waiting. And I have a copy of my mothers contract with me
WE PLACED A ORDER AND WERE WAITING FOREVER. PEOPLE ORDERED AFTER US RECEIVED THEIR FOOD BEFORE US. WHEN WE ASK WHAT IS GOING ON THEY SAID THEY RAN OUT OF CHICKEN WE MUST WAIT. I ASKED THEM BUT HOW COULD THEY SERVE THE OTHER PEOPLE THEN SHE JUST SHRUG HER SHOULDERS EVENTUALLY WE RECEIVED OUR FOOD WHEN WE GOT HOME THE MEAT WERE STILL RAW INSIDE AND ONLY 1 PACKET OF CHIPS. DID NOT FELT FOR RETURNING AND AT THAT POINT IF I DID RETURN SOMEBODY WOULD HAVE GETTING HURT<br> MY ORDER NUMBER WAS 027<br> THIS CAUSES ME NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM IN FUTURE
