I have signed up a \data\" contract in Jan of this year. Subsequent to speaking to several call centre agents (7 to be exact) from Feb 2016-11 April 2016 - I still have NO proper response as to why my bills are continually so high, when 3 of these agents have confirmed that my account was capped.<br> Called again on the 10th March at 13h14 - spoke to Malebo who confirmed that IT guys were going to investigate: Ref: S3-GP228-8LKT, as the data is not going off the paid data - instead it is charging on data used. <br> Zama called me on the 11 March 2016 @ 11h45, Migrating to top-up - effective 1st April (only 1 gig will be loaded every month and will cut off after that)<br> I spoke Lebogang Mopeli- 11 April 2016 @08h13 to check on the R780 bill and charges of 382.50. He took the Ref: S3-GP228-8LKT and said that it will be escalated. He did call back for more information and said he will revert back to me. Its Been 3days - Does it take that long!!!! And Vodacom continues to bill us in the interim????? Capped means capped!!! Or am I missing something<br> "
