<p>I completed my cancellation form 2 weeks ago via email and still have not heard of any cancellation confirmation or of my request being processed. I have tried calling the call centre who then told me to call another department, who then told me that there is no phone number for the cancellations department and that they cant help me.<br /><br />This is pretty ridiculous that a telephone provider does not have a telephone number to cancel your services. <br /><br />I have yet to recieve any contact from Telkom in regards to my cancellation request sent 18/10/2016</p>
I suffered an injury while I was a customer of the facility, when I contacted the Managing Director of the park we discussed via email why I felt that his staff were negligent and that the park had breached sections 58 and 49 of The Consumer Protection Act. He then emailed me back saying that he would open an insurance case and if the investigation proves that they were negligent I could have my medical expenses claimed back. He then ignored all of my follow up emails and eventually responded after I left a bad review on Tripadvisor, saying that he denies having ever told me that they would be investigating my claim. I forwarded him his own emails saying the direct opposite he has chosen to continue ignoring my case.<br> The park is run by teenagers who give no safety precautions and are more involved in chatting over the walkie-talkie system.<br> He admitted to me that his staff were aware that I was about to have an accident and that none of them warned me that I could be badly injured.<br> Very badly run park and do not recommend anyone attend this attraction as they do not hold the safety of their guests at a high enough priority and would rather turn their backs on their responsibilities.
