I have applied for a loan with this company. They sent me a message to approve debit order for the loan repayment. I approved thinking that i will get the loan as they promised. Now they have debited R680 from my account for the service they never provided. I called them on their number 031 521 0973 but they just hung up on me after i told them to pay back my money.

<p>I placed an order with Makro 2 weeks ago and i paid for the order. Today i still don't have my order and they said that they will refund me for my order. But they haven't and when i email the person who said will refund me they don't respond to my email and today i tried to call and when they transferred my call to this person, they hung up. Makro i want my refund immediately so that i can purchase the stuff you failed to deliver to me somewhere else.</p> <p> ********** / **********
I skipped my March 2016 payment for my Cell C Contract with Mondo Mobile and the next thing i new my number was blocked and could not do anything with my phone without any warning . I then called the customer service agent (Trisa)who told me that i have to make the payment before they could unblock my number, They deducted R79 from my account and promised to unlock my number immediately but days later i still can't use my phone. I spoke to Trissa a couple of times and she kept on telling me that she will follow up get back to me, which never did. SO I WANT MY CONTRACT TO BE TERMINATED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND I WANT MY NUMBER UNLOCKED IMMEDIATELY.
