No thanks
Worst app to use! Never have the items we order( no if I wanted alternatives I would have picked them) deleted the app now, tried it twice now and same experience.

Quality control non existing
I bought a bag of Montego classic puppy food small to medium breed on the 11 of June 2023 at Cat box Centurion lifestyle centre. I opened the bag only on the 16th of June 2023. I realized that the dog does not want to eat the food(I’ve been giving this food since he’s been 8weeks). We have never had an issue before. I then went to check in his bowl if something is wrong, the I saw its full of worms (brown, black in colour) I then went and looked in the bag and the bag is full of these worms. I then checked the expire date on the bag and THIS BAGS BEST BEFORE DATE IS ALREADY ON THE 30TH OF October 2022???? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!!! I sent an email on Tuesday to you with no response. Shame on me to think that I would get better service.

Home drive carelessness
I booked home drive to OR Tambo on the 15th of December 2022 and again for the 5th of January 2023. I confirmed twice with the call centre if the car seats for my infant and 4year old was booked with the combi a requested. Both times the drivers pitched without the car seats for my children, putting my childrens life's in danger! This service is shocking!

Sickening behaviour!
Absolutely the most useless company I have used! Twice now in 2 weeks I have requested car seats for my children on the trip to the airport and back home and both times they dis not honour my request. They do not have any responsibility for the clients and their children. This makes me sick, I hope this irresponsible behaviour does not happen to anyone else.
