I want to report Glocell for allowing someone to fraudulently purchase twice from them using my RCS card details without the physical card or my ID. It wasn't an online purchase because I didn't receive an OTP, so someone presented my card details to an employee who allowed this to happen.
I have contacted MTN about a week ago about my air time that went from R1200 to zero in a couple of days . I logged a call on their website and have sent numerous tweets, but until now one has contacted me. This is the most terrible customer service I have ever received from any service provider. I have been a client of MTN for many years and I can't believe that they are giving me this type of service. This is really unacceptable.
