Poor poor service i regret ever singing a contract this company, on the phone for 5min calls does not get answered, whatsapp does not work, working hours 9-5 but it seems it's never- till late
I have been with planet42 for 9 months ,with the worst experience my car has been in the shop for 5 weeks and this the second time and they do the bare minimum to ensure it gets fixed please don't use planet42 you will just get ******
Well VOX better late than never, thankyou for getting my fibre up and running and me billing me the correct way, the speed is great as you promised and going forward i hope we have a great business relationship, thanks again
No man, why do i get a suspension of service email ? Fibre line installation only done last night 8Feb 2023 Why am billed R788 for no service received ? I had NO service since i signed 23 October 2022 to 7 February 2023. VOX YOUR RECORDS ARE WRONG PLEASE WAKE UP AND FIX THIS
Why is it that i now get a invoice from VOX that i am owing money, i am still waiting for my fibre line to be installed since 23 Okt 2022 till 26Jan 2023 no service, I will just ignore the invoice and cancel the debit order NO SERVICE NO MONEY
Once again Vox does not fail to surprise me I have ordered a fiber line in 2022 October never got the installation done .have been waiting ever since, on 11 Jan 2023 I received an update that my line installation is complete ( and its still not) and now suddenly I am billed , I have send several emails and never got a reply ,I would like to know what am I billed for ?? .NO SERVICE WAS GIVEN TO ME
installer tells me I have to be charged for the extra 12m of line why can they not just do the installation and bill me ? If you do the work than I pay . 2 days later no correspondence no notification no invoice . ordered fiber on 26 OCT 2022
Again today 28 November 2022 , installers should do my installation arriving at the wrong location ,and for the second time installation cannot be done because 30 meters is free and the extra 12 meter i should be billed for ,i am happy to pay the bill but now Vox does not send me any emails and the billing department does not know about the extra line ,
It has been 28 days since my fibre order from Vox ,i received the router via courier and no installation has been done i get no feed back no notifications no email. i has send several emails but nothing ,upon wanting to cancel the service they want to charge me for the router and ofcource will not pay you can collect your router at the dump
well where do i start with these scammers? how do you pay an insurance fee before money is paid into your account. people beware this is SCAM SCAM SCAM. do yourself a favor a search their name on the NCR webside they are not registered
