I went to DOL myself. Firstly if your company was professional and know what you are doing you would've notice that my documents where not correct. I had to go and pull my marriage certificate and get a temporary ID at home affairs and had to go and change my details at my bank. I went there again 3 weeks ago and submitted my documents. I have to go back on the 11th of November I am not satisfied with the service I habe received from your company at all. In messages you told me I cam not submit manually at DOL which was a lie casue I joined some UIF groups on Facebook after that message and people told me that they themselves have submitted at DOL successfully. I will be leaving my review of your company and the disappointing service I have received online, so that others are aware. You where not able to provide me with the service I have paid for so I am requesting a refund of the R900 that has been paid to you
<p>On the 23rd of May, I enquired about a textbook (study material) I did not receive. This up to today has still not been resolved: Whole conversation below</p> <p> </p> <p>Subject: Concepts of management computing</p> <p>Text Book: 64041C – E1</p> <p> </p> <p>I did phone Intec yesterday (Case number ********** 6) the call centre agent told me that Intec does not send out textbooks since last year, but Intec did sent me Outlook textbooks. Now when I applied no one said that I have to go and by my textbooks, I know that if you have prescribed reading in your course that you must go to a library or buy the books to read. </p> <p>She did advise that I phone back today to discuss this with a Mandy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can list up to 10 people at Intec who have send me the same email after email, not getting me no where with this situation. Numerous emails (still have it) and telephone conversations, they tell me that I have to pay according to my contract that I have filled in, but that was not the arrangement made with Anathi.</p>

Claudine from Intec Complaints department emailed me said she is waiting for them to sort out this matter. Nothing has been sorted out! Secondly I requested my material for Concepts of Management computing, I did not recieve this study material, no where in my course details or when I registered they told me that I would have to buy these textbooks myself. I received an email on the 11/07/2016 that my quiry was send to the relevant department for investigtoin, 3 months later still nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the account side - I have been paying R745.00 per month, where I should be paying R574.00 per month. My total cost for this course should be R10360 and not R12950.</p> <p>So in total I have paid the following so far R7450.00</p> <p> </p> <p>Intec is fast in the beginning, register with us study with us, when you decide to make use of them, and register the problems start and they are not very helpfull in helping you sort out problems that they created and not you. </p> <p>Come on guys - sort out these probelms that has been taking 10months!!!</p>

Secondly, I have submitted assignments, I have received my results, then I am phoning to ask when will I receive my assignments back so I can see where I went wrong, every student adviser telling me that you only receive them back if you have failed. How am I suppose to know when I write exams not to make the same mistake again if we don't receive our assignments back? According to Intec's website and Introduction book I have received it has the following to say about assignments. This was back in the middle of March. Still no assignments received. Is it so hard to scan it and send it back to the student or to send it via the post office? Assignment results: Assignment results will be released via SMS within 22 working days of receipt of assignment. Assignment returns: Marked assignments will returned to students within 25 working days of receipt of assignment. I am a frustrated student, that has no idea how I am going to pass exams and get my diploma with student services like this? Thinking I should get my money back and rather study with Unisa, hearing much more better stuff about them than Intec, and I don't have to struggle without a car to get to joburg central to write exams, I can do it in my local town with unisa. Intec I think it is time you start to pull up your socks and assist your students the right and proper way and Educational centre should
